In short
Verifying your domain lets Inno Message send email replies from your own address, such as support@yourcompany.com, with authentication that mailbox providers trust. You add the DNS records shown in settings to your domain, then wait for Inno Message to detect them.
Add the records
- Open Settings → Channels → Email → Domain and enter your domain.
- Copy the DNS records shown (typically for SPF, DKIM and a return-path).
- Add them at your DNS provider exactly as shown.
- Return to Inno Message and select Check status.
If verification fails
- DNS changes can take time to propagate. Check again after an hour.
- Make sure you did not add your domain name twice (some DNS providers append it automatically).
- Only one SPF record is allowed per domain; merge entries into a single record.
