Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are handled for Inno Message, provided by Innovate Solution Global Pte. LTD..

2-Month Trial plan

The Trial plan is offered at no cost for a period of 2 months from the date of activation. Activation requires a prior application and special approval from Inno Message. No payment information is collected or charged during the Trial period. At the end of the 2-month Trial, the workspace is paused automatically; no automatic upgrade or charge occurs.

14-Day money-back guarantee (paid plans)

All paid plans (Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise) include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first paid billing. If you are not satisfied within that window, contact [email protected] for a full refund of your most recent payment. Requests made after 14 days are considered at our discretion.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the year. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the annual term. Refunds for unused time on annual plans are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss your situation.

Usage-based charges

Usage-based add-ons (such as additional conversations, AI usage, and WhatsApp messaging) reflect services already delivered and are non-refundable.

How to cancel

You can cancel from your account billing settings, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund prior periods except as stated above.

Exceptions

Where required by applicable consumer-protection law, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of the above. Nothing here limits those rights.
