This Refund Policy explains how refunds and credits work for the Inno Message platform. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Prepaid messaging balances
Messaging operates on a prepaid balance that is consumed as messages are sent. Consumed balance — messages already delivered or attempted through providers — is non-refundable, as the corresponding provider costs have been incurred. Unused, unconsumed balance may be refundable at our discretion, subject to verification and any non-recoverable processing fees.
Platform plans
Paid platform plans, where applicable, are billed in advance. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate. Statutory rights to a refund, where they apply in your jurisdiction, are unaffected by this policy.
Service credits
Where a plan includes a service-level commitment, qualifying downtime may be eligible for service credits as described in that plan. Service credits are applied to future balances and are not exchangeable for cash unless required by law.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or credit, email [email protected] with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within five business days and will let you know what information, if any, we need to process it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
