These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Inno Message website and services (the "Services") provided by Innovate Solution Global Pte. LTD. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the Services.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and service status are communicated on our Status page.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services. Certain provisions survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
