Is there a free plan?
There is no permanently free plan. Instead, Inno Message offers a 2-month Trial plan at no cost. The Trial plan requires a brief application and special approval before it can be activated — this lets us ensure a high-quality onboarding experience for every new workspace.
How does the 2-month Trial work?
Submit an application via the Apply for Trial form. Our team reviews each request (typically within 1 business day) and, once approved, activates your workspace with the full Trial feature set: 1 team member, 1 workspace, 3 channels, 500 conversations, and 50 AI resolutions per month. The Trial runs for exactly 2 months from activation, then your workspace pauses until you choose a paid plan.
Why does the Trial require approval?
Approval lets us allocate onboarding resources properly, keep platform quality high, and make sure every trial user gets hands-on guidance rather than just a login link. It is not a lengthy process — most applications are reviewed within one business day.
What is an AI resolution?
An AI resolution is a customer issue the AI handles to completion — answering the question or finishing the task without a human agent stepping in. The Trial includes 50 per month; every paid plan includes a larger monthly allotment, and anything beyond it is billed at your plan's per-resolution overage rate.
How does the AI overage rate work?
Each paid plan includes a set number of AI resolutions per month. Past that, you pay per resolution — $0.45 on Starter down to $0.29 on Enterprise — well below the per-resolution rates of legacy incumbents like Intercom, Zendesk, and Salesforce Agentforce.
Monthly or annual billing?
Both. Annual billing saves about 20% compared with paying monthly, and you can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a single thread with one customer in a billing period, regardless of how many messages it contains. If you exceed your plan limit, extra conversations are billed per 10,000 — from $20 on Starter down to $12 on Enterprise.
How does WhatsApp pricing work?
WhatsApp messages are billed at Meta's conversation-based rate plus an 8% margin — a full pass-through with a live cost calculator in the dashboard, so there are no hidden fees. Other channels are included in your plan limits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no multi-year lock-ins.
